As a long-standing business, DunRite is run and empowered by a family who are personally involved in each aspect of the business transaction.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At DunRite Heating & Air, we’re here to serve you, not to sell to you. We do not believe in the business philosophy of relentlessly telemarketing or e-mailing our customers for more business. We also believe in providing straightforward, common-sense solutions to any questions or issues you may have. We will determine if a less costly repair makes more sense than a new system. If a new system is necessary, we’ll suggest a system that is the right fit for your home and budget, with no unnecessary up-selling. More importantly, you’ll always get a written estimate upfront, and that price won’t change midway through the job.

While some firms claim to be family-owned, that doesn’t mean much if you’ve never met any of their family members. At DunRite Heating & Air, Inc., owner Michael L. Wood and wife Lynelle Wood are personally involved in every aspect of the business.

Chances are, your initial contact will be with Mike. He’ll also be the one to meet with you and provide an estimate for the job. As an owner, Mike has personally provided reliable, responsive, on-time service to homeowners and businesses since 1972.

DunRite Heating & Air, Inc. never uses sub-contractors. We employ no salespeople–just family and employees. We exemplify the meaning of family-owned.
